Refund policy

Credits are a digital service that is delivered right away, so purchases are final and not refundable once bought, except as described below.

Automatic refunds

If a design or variation fails on our side, the credit you spent is returned to your balance automatically.

Something went wrong?

If you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, email support@myfestivehome.com within 14 days with the email you signed in with. We will fix it or refund the payment.

Products you buy through our links are sold by the stores. Their return and refund policies apply.
